At the same time, the main personnel and registered address of Fengwang Information Company have also changed, and the person in charge of the company has been changed from Zhou Jian to Wu Rongmei.

According to CTOnews.com, Shunfeng Holdings announced in May that its subsidiary Fengwang Holdings signed an "equity transfer agreement" with Shenzhen Polar Rabbit supply chain Co., Ltd. Fengwang Holdings plans to transfer a 100% stake in Shenzhen Fengwang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fengwang Information") for 1.183 billion yuan. After the completion of the transaction, Fengnet Holdings no longer holds Fengwang information stake.

SF Holdings said that after the completion of this transaction, the company can focus more on the development of core businesses such as domestic mid-and high-end express delivery, international express delivery, global supply chain services and digital supply chain services.
