Encryption control enhancement: for some open signals, ex: access control, commercial lighting and other equipment.

Bluetooth 5.3 improves their encryption key length control options and improves security. At the same time, because the administrator control is easier, it can be faster when connecting.

Periodic broadcast enhancements: Bluetooth 5.2 requires regular broadcasts to connected devices. Bluetooth 5.3 will improve broadcast stability, thus using broadcast time to do more things.
