To put it simply, the new "content MCN Organization Management Specification" is an effective supplement to "Taobao Live Broadcasting Management rules" and "Taobao Live streaming Organization Management rules". The assessment of operational indicators of MCN institutions requires that the following conditions be met:

The assessment begins 90 days after the organization has settled in. It is required to bind 2 active accounts of VJs each month. Within 180 consecutive days, the number of active accounts of VJs bound by the organization should be greater than 1. Corresponding measures will be taken to deal with the behavior of content institutions that do not meet these indicators.
