CTOnews.com also tested opening the tweet link directly after logging out, unable to view the tweet content directly, but jumping out of the login window or an error reminder.

Musk later said it was a "temporary emergency measure" and CTOnews.com translated his comment tweet as follows: "our data has been crawled and plundered so much that it temporarily affects the service level of ordinary users."

It's not clear what Musk is referring to, but it could be a web crawler, a crawler that can extract data from the site without any official API.
