CTOnews.com, July 1 (Xinhua)-- in the week when the third season finale of Ted Lasso began, Apple TV+ watched 1.24 billion minutes a week, the first time the streaming platform has exceeded 1 billion minutes, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The data is based on statistics from Nielsen. The final episode of the third season of "Ted Lasso" was broadcast on May 31, with a weekly viewing time of 529 million minutes, accounting for 42.5%, the highest weekly broadcast time for a single episode of "Football Coach."

CTOnews.com looked at Nielsen data and found that the show had been watched for more than 25 billion minutes since the first season of Football Coach began in August 2020.

If other devices and international audiences are taken into account, the actual viewing time of "Football Coach" must be much longer.
