Dear Kindle e-book users: we will stop selling e-books at 18:00 on June 30, 2023. It is recommended that you complete the payment before that to ensure that your order is processed in a timely manner.

It is worth mentioning that Amazon will also provide non-quality return services for users who purchase Kindle e-readers after January 1, 2022 and are eligible for return. The Kindle e-reader returned to Amazon must be purchased from an authorized distribution channel in Amazon China and is in a working state.

Content download process:

Users can use the browser to access [manage my content and devices], select all e-books or personal documents they want to download in the [content] interface (up to 200 items at a time), click send, and then select the device or Kindle App to send to in the pop-up window, they can transfer the purchased e-books or personal documents to the selected Kindle device or Kindle App.

After logging out, downloaded Kindle e-books and personal documents will be erased.
