SMART MOBILITY PTE.LTD. And SMART MOBILITY INTERNATIONAL PTE.LTD. Become the controlling shareholder of Zhimada Automobile Co., Ltd., each holding 50%. The type of the company has been changed from a previous Sino-foreign joint venture limited liability company to a non-wholly foreign-owned limited liability company with foreign investment.

After a series of major industrial and commercial changes in Zhi Motor Motor Co., Ltd. (smart in China), it has triggered speculation about the withdrawal of Mercedes-Benz and Geely from smart shareholders.
