On April 15, 2021, Xilai signed a strategic cooperation contract with Sinopec to jointly build recharging infrastructure and carry out all-round cooperation in the construction of new materials and smart electric vehicles, battery rental services (BaaS), vehicle procurement and leisure consumption scenarios. On the same day of signing the contract, the first exchange power station in cooperation with Sinopec was officially completed, which is also the first second generation replacement power station in the world.

On November 24 of the same year, the first second-generation charging station in strategic cooperation with PetroChina was launched. The exchange power station is located in PetroChina Biyuan Road gas station in Weicheng District, Xianyang City, which is also the 16th exchange power station in Shaanxi Province.
