CTOnews.com June 27, the China Consumer Association released the "618" consumption rights protection public opinion analysis report, during the 20-day monitoring period from June 1 to 20, a total of 98704996 pieces of information related to "consumption rights protection" were collected, with an average daily information content of more than 4.93 million items. The amount of information reached a peak of 6014270 on June 16.

CTOnews.com obtained from the consumers Association, during the "consumption rights protection" information dissemination channels are mainly Weibo, clients, videos, websites, Wechat, interactive forums, digital newspapers and so on. Among them, Weibo has the highest amount of information, accounting for 34.36%, followed by the client, accounting for 28.91%, and the third is video, accounting for 20.32%.

It is understood that the negative information of consumer rights protection is mainly concentrated in online shopping, performance ticketing, rights and interests rules and so on. Among them, there are 13698298 pieces of consumer rights protection information of "complaint category", accounting for 13.88% of the total consumption rights protection information; 2942137 pieces of negative information about "online shopping"; 1097844 items of negative information about "performance ticketing"; and 579345 pieces of negative information about "rights and interests rules".
