On this basis, the draft puts forward specific "inappropriate" cases about the use of generative AI in schools, including the use of generative AI in literary creative activities such as poetry and haiku, or in examinations.

In particular, the draft stresses that if schools submit creative works produced by generative AI, such as reading reviews and competition works, as students' original achievements, they will be regarded as "improper behavior" and will be notified and criticized by relevant institutions. In addition, when using AI to generate works in schools, we should be very careful not to infringe the copyright of the works.

On the other hand, the draft also illustrates the appropriate use scenarios of generative AI, such as as part of the reform of teachers' working methods, to make drafts when preparing lessons or as an auxiliary partner in some simulation courses.
