CTOnews.com, June 24, Godson's main product in the past 20 years is the CPU processor, and in the past two years Godson has begun to develop its own integrated GPU, and officials now confirm that it will launch a general purpose computing GPU chip that supports graphics cards and computing acceleration next year.

Godson said that the company's general computing GPU (GPGPU) has currently completed the design of the relevant IP and is in the process of verification and optimization. The first SoC chip integrated with the self-developed general computing GPU core is scheduled to flow in the first quarter of 2024.

On this basis, Godson will develop a GPGPU chip that takes into account the functions of both graphics card and computing acceleration card, which is scheduled to be released in the second half of 2024.
