A carbon steel pipe more than 40 feet long and weighing more than 8 tons fell from 160 feet in the air; in another accident, a 20-inch piece of carbon steel fell off a crane and hit a worker.

In addition, a man in his sixties fell off a type A ladder and broke his legs, and at least two workers fell off overloaded scaffolding, according to a person familiar with the matter.

It is reported that a man in his 20s holding a Mexican work visa fell more than 30 feet underground, broke his wrist, broke five ribs and had to be hospitalized.

Cover up gas leaks: another member said TSMC launched a shooting drill to evacuate employees in order to cover up dangerous gas leaks.

Josh Wickham (Josh Wakeham), business director of the plumbing assembly association Arizona Local 469, describes an unforgettable event:

Employees were told that there was a shooting drill and were asked to evacuate the area as soon as possible. It was only after the employees left the area that they discovered that it was a dangerous gas leak. Now employees no longer trust TSMC.
