It is understood that consumers are required to complete the purchase and registration of cars from June 22, 2023 to July 31, 2023. The invoice date of the vehicle purchase and the date of issuance of the motor vehicle driving license shall be in the range of date from June 22, 2023 to July 31, 2023.

Consumers choose a cooperative enterprise online platform to register and upload to purchase cars and other information to apply for "Caiyun car purchase subsidy (refueling coupons)". Each person is limited to one enterprise and its online platform to apply for (two activity cooperative enterprises online platform application data docking, consumers are not allowed to repeatedly apply for and change the enterprise of nuclear coupons), only for one car.
