CTOnews.com, June 23 / PRNewswire-Asianet /-- Mobile app experience company Airship recently released a "The Mobile Consumer 2023" report that surveyed 11000 consumers in 10 countries and regions around the world to gain insight into the content of personal information they are willing to share with brands.

According to the report, 86% of respondents are willing to disclose email information to enterprises and brands, but 79% of respondents said they would ignore or delete marketing emails for these brands.

Generation X (people born between 1964 and 1980) and baby boomers (usually those born between 1946 and 1964) often log on to their e-mail accounts to clean up these marketing ads.

On the other hand, young people led by Generation Z are not used to logging into email accounts and will use anonymous or fake email addresses even if they use them.

In addition, "your interest in a brand" (78%) exceeded "your name" (77%) in second place.

The fourth place that respondents are willing to reveal to the brand is "their own communication preferences (channels, topics, etc.)", and the fifth is "what is the main content of browsing the brand's website or application".
