Now, a single 48GB notebook memory is also on the market, for most notebooks with only two memory slots, full plug can achieve 96GB, and the original maximum only 64GB.

As shown in the picture above, the new notebook memory of SK Hynix has been put on the shelves of Xianyu, with a choice of a single 48GB DDR5-5600 and a single 24GB DDR5-5600, which are priced at 1180 yuan and 600yuan respectively.

It is expected that the major notebook manufacturers will soon announce the compatibility of their notebooks with a single 48GB / 24GB, and interested users can wait for a large number of products to hit the market.

As previously reported by CTOnews.com, such 48GB memory sticks use the latest 24Gb DRAM chip, rather than the current standard 16Gb module. If 20 24Gb DRAM chips are installed on DIMM, the available memory of 48GB can be obtained after considering the capacity of ECC and metadata.
