In a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, FTC accused Amazon of deceiving millions of users into subscribing to Prime services without their explicit permission. Amazon has also set up a tedious and complicated process to unsubscribe, deliberately making it difficult for users to unsubscribe.

In the lawsuit, FTC also cited allusions about the Trojan War, using "Iliad Flow" to describe the difficult problem of withdrawing bookings.
