The students also showed considerable tolerance for the technology, saying it was an exciting experience, and most students thought it would not be a problem just to collect pulse data. But some students are afraid of this, worried that this is in disguise to strengthen their own monitoring and judgment.

With regard to students' concerns, the head of the Jiuxi Municipal Education Commission has said that the technology will not be used to judge students' performance, but will only be used to improve the quality of teaching.
