In terms of customer support, Aria understands Opera's entire database of supporting documents and uses the company's current product knowledge to answer users' questions.

In the case of Mac, for example, Opera One users can use Command-/ keyboard shortcuts to call out an "overlay" and interact with Aria. Whenever you think of a question, you can use the command line to ask Aria questions, and you can interact with AI in the sidebar.

It is worth mentioning that Opera One also includes the ability to access ChatGPT in the browser sidebar and still supports AI chatbots such as ChatSonic and AI Prompts.

In other ways, Opera One brings a new "Tab Islands" feature designed to change the relationship between users and browser tabs.

Tag islands can connect related tabs together according to context, but users can also manually move tabs, collapse "tab islands", or save them to bookmarks or favorites.
