It is mentioned in the "guidance" that the charging infrastructure industry should focus on the principles of scientific layout, moderate advance, innovation integration, safety and convenience, and by 2030, basically build a high-quality charging infrastructure system with extensive coverage, moderate scale, reasonable structure and perfect functions. At the same time, it is proposed to speed up the research of fast charging, high-power charging, intelligent orderly charging, wireless charging, cooperative control of optical storage and charging and so on.

CTOnews.com noted that Xiaopeng launched its first S4 ultra-fast filling pile in August 2022. The maximum power per pile is 480kW, the maximum current per pile is 670A, and the peak charging power is 400kW, which is known as "charging for 5 minutes with a range of 200km". The subsequent release of the medium and large SUV Xiaopeng G9 and the upcoming sedan SUV Xiaopeng G6 also support 800V ultra-fast charging technology.

As of April 4 this year, Xiaopeng announced that it had launched a total of 186 S4 ultra-fast charging stations nationwide, and would launch a fast charging upgrading plan to upgrade the previously landed S2 supercharging station to a charging station with S4 ultra-fast charging capacity.

Xiaopeng's new "Super Smart sedan SUV" Xiaopeng G6 will be officially launched in Guangzhou on June 29 and will be delivered in July. The car has been pre-sold with a pre-sale price of 225000 yuan. Xiaopeng G6 is the first model of Xiaopeng's "supporting and shaking" structure, and the 800V + silicon carbide platform can be "recharged for 10 minutes with a range of 300 kilometers". In addition, Xiaopeng delivered a total of 7506 new cars in May, up 6 per cent from the previous month.
