CTOnews.com, June 19, Samsung will unveil a number of new devices at next month's Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event, including the Galaxy Buds 3, Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5. However, before the official announcement, the appearance and some functions of the devices had been exposed by the well-known whistleblower Evan Blass (@ evleaks).

Blass posted a series of official renderings of Samsung's new devices on Twitter, showing their designs and colors. Among them, Galaxy Buds 3 is Samsung's new generation of wireless headphones with a white appearance and support for active noise reduction and wireless charging. Galaxy Watch 6 is Samsung's next-generation smartwatch, which is divided into two versions: Galaxy Watch 6 Classic and Galaxy Watch 6. The former brings back Samsung's iconic rotating bezel, while the latter uses a bezel-free design. Both watches, with narrower borders and larger round screens, are expected to feature an One UI 5 Watch interface based on the Wear OS 4 system, as well as accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, GPS, heart rate monitor, electrocardiogram, body composition analysis and blood pressure measurement.

In addition, Samsung will launch two folding screen phones: the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5. The former is a flip folding phone with a huge outer screen and dual cameras, built-in Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, and is dustproof and waterproof. The latter is a flat folding phone that does not change much from the previous generation, but uses a new water drop hinge that reduces screen creases and folds seamlessly. The phone also carries Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and supports S Pen Fold Edition stylus.

As for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series tablet, it was previously reported that it would include three devices-the Galaxy Tab S9 (probably the smallest size), the Tab S9 + (a larger intermediate option) and the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. The Ultra model will have a 14.6-inch Super AMOLED screen and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

CTOnews.com has previously reported that Samsung will hold a global product launch in Seoul, South Korea, on July 27, 2023, the first time the company has held a global launch in South Korea. The new equipment is expected to be pre-sold in the week of the launch and officially shipped in August.
