CTOnews.com June 17, JPMorgan Chase, an investment bank, quoted the April 2023 data released by Wave7 Research. Based on a survey of US operators, the iPhone 14 standard edition has surpassed the iPhone 14 Pro Max to become the best-selling iPhone model.

In April, iPhone 14's iPhone share among US carriers rose to 19 per cent, falling to second place with 18 per cent of Pro Max, according to analysts at JPMorgan Chase.

The market share of iPhone 14 Pro models has fallen from 16 per cent to 15 per cent, while the ill-fated iPhone 14 Plus has held steady at 7 per cent.

CTOnews.com note: JPMorgan analysts also said the overall iPhone share of the big three u.s. carriers rose to 67% in April, up from 6% in march.

JPMorgan analysts didn't break down other iPhone models into numbers, but did point out that the iPhone 11 is still "at the heart of Apple's prepaid sales."
