CTOnews.com June 16 news, Asustek has shown the PRIME N100I-D D4 motherboard at Computex 2023, using Mini-ITX board type, integrated Intel N100 processor.

Foreign technology media Fanlesstech shares more information about the motherboard in the latest documents, and the biggest highlight is the integration of Intel N100 processors.

CTOnews.com Note: Intel N100 processor is based on Alder Lake-N, uses 4 E-Core efficiency cores, highest Turbo frequency 3.4GHz, 24 EU units, supports 4K 60Hz video output, rated power consumption of 6W, and uses a fanless passive heat dissipation design.

The Intel N100 processor supports DDR4 and DDR5 memory, and Asustek is equipped with DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM sockets on the Mini-ITX motherboard, which supports up to the frequency of 3200MHz.

The motherboard also has M.2 PCIe 3.0x2 connectors, additional M.2 slots for wireless Wi-Fi modules, PCIe 3.0x1, and SATA III and front USB 3.0 connectors. It is worth noting that the N100 processor supports up to nine PCIe channels, but Asustek chose to use only four.

On the back of the motherboard connector are a pair of USB Type-A ports with 10Gbps speed, two USB Type-A ports with 5Gbps speed, and two USB 2.0 ports. There is also a PS / 2 combo port, a serial port, D-Sub VGA,DisplayPort and an unknown version of HDMI. Novelty also comes with a gigabit network adapter and three 3.5mm audio jacks.
