Specifically:

If the total amount of invoice and tax on the purchase of a new car is 50, 000 yuan (including) to 100000 yuan (included), a subsidy of 2000 yuan will be issued for car consumption.

If the total invoice price tax for the purchase of a new car ranges from 100000 yuan (excluding) to 200000 yuan (inclusive), a subsidy of 3000 yuan will be issued for car consumption.

If the total amount of invoice and tax on the purchase of a new car is more than 200000 yuan (excluding), a subsidy of 4000 yuan will be issued for automobile consumption.

For the purchase of new energy vehicles, an additional subsidy of 1000 yuan will be given to automobile consumption on the basis of the above subsidies.

The car consumption subsidy will be applied for and distributed through the China UnionPay "Cloud Flash pay" platform. After individual consumers buy a new car, they will upload car purchase invoices and photos of their ID cards for examination and approval. After being examined and approved by the "Cloud Flash payment" platform, the subsidy funds will be distributed to the individual's "Cloud Flash" account with the same name in the form of red packets within 7 working days.

The spokesman also said that automobile sales enterprises are required to declare to their respective regions to participate in the activities, and the Municipal Bureau of Commerce will publish the list of enterprises participating in the activities.
