CTOnews.com June 15 news, in November last year, Ziguang Zhanrui officially released the system-level security of the new high-performance 5G SoC T820. The chip is based on 6nm EUV technology, uses eight-core CPU architecture, and has a financial-level full built-in security scheme.

Today, Ziguang Zhanrui officially announced that Nubia NEO, a new member of the Ziguang Zhareui 5G terminal family with T820 chip, will make its debut overseas on June 20.

The Ziguang Zhanrui T820 is an 8-core CPU processor with performance similar to Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G and Huawei Kirin 820.

It adopts 1-3-4 three-cluster eight-core CPU architecture, which consists of one Arm Cortex-A76 core with 2.7GHz frequency, three Arm Cortex-A76 cores with 2.3GHz frequency and four Arm Cortex-A55 cores with 2.1GHz frequency. It supports 3MB three-level cache.

The Ziguang Zhanrui T820 is equipped with Arm Mali-G57 MC4 GPU and runs at a frequency of 850MHz.

CTOnews.com noted that the Ziguang T820 has published a number of running points:

GeekBench 4 single core run score 2857, multi-core run score 8410

GeekBench 5 single core run score 639 points, multi-core run score 2283

GFXBench 5 T-Rex Test 88FPS

GFXBench 5 Manhattan 3.0 1080p off-screen Test 55FPS

GFXBench 5 Manhattan 3.1 1080p offline test 37FPS.

The test results of the Ziguang T820 show that the performance of the chip is about the middle level of the current smartphone market, and there is still room for further improvement. We can look forward to further progress.
