Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens, SoftMedia Xinyou 2010825, Mr_C_rM, South China Daniel Wu, EdgeOS, Dest1n, Terrence, Flower Monk for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com June 15, Microsoft today released the latest Windows 11 Dev preview and Canary preview. The version number of the Dev preview is 23481 and the version number of the Canary preview is 25393, which does not update the log. The highlight of the Dev preview update is a new handwriting experience and improvements to Windows Ink, which gives Windows 11 a writing feature similar to that of iPad.

With improvements in Windows Ink, Microsoft now allows users to write directly in a text editing box on their computer with a stylus for text input. This feature is not new because iPad has been implemented in iPadOS 14. Microsoft has also improved the accuracy of recognition technology, allowing users to edit text with crossed-out gestures. Microsoft's goal is to make Windows Ink as natural as possible, so if your device supports stylus, you can use it anywhere you want in the operating system. This function is currently limited to English. If you want to turn it on, go to Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > stylus and Windows Ink, and open Shell Handwriting.

This is just one of the changes in the Dev preview version, where the taskbar never merge experience has been fully pushed; Windows Copilot has been tested in this version; and Microsoft has removed some of the old settings menus under folder options in File Explorer to simplify the interface.

In addition to these two core changes, a new Focus Session widget has been added to the Dev preview version as part of the Microsoft Store clock update for members of the Windows preview experience on Canary and Dev channels, making it easier for users to start and stop focus sessions.
