CTOnews.com, June 15 (Xinhua)-- Apple today released a new technical preview version of Safari browser, which has been upgraded to 172. it mainly fixes bugs in Web Inspector, CSS, Image Set, Rendering, Editing, JavaScript, Media, Popover, SVG, Accessibility, HTML, IndexedDB and Web API and improves their performance.

The current version of Safari Technology Preview is based on Safari 16 updates and includes support for features in macOS 13 Ventura, such as live text, common keys, Web extension improvements, and so on.

The current Safari technology preview is version 16.4 and is compatible with devices running macOS 13 Ventura and macOS 12 Monterey. But it no longer applies to macOS Big Sur.
