Shulou(Shulou.com)11/24 Report--

CTOnews.com June 14 news, AMD delayed the launch of the RX 7800 series graphics card, causing people to speculate that its performance has not improved much. In this regard, foreign media Igor'sLAB recently managed to simulate the specification of AMD RX 7800 XT on the Radeon PRO W7800 professional graphics card, and the test found that its performance improved by 4-13% compared with the previous generation.

According to VideoCardz, this Radeon Pro W7800 workstation graphics card uses Navi 31 GPU, has 4480 stream processors and is equipped with 32GB GDDR6 memory. Igor'sLAB has made some modifications to it, assuming that the RX 7800 XT has 70 computing units, 16GB 20 Gbps GDDR6 video memory, and the game frequency is higher than 2 GHz.

The source Igor'sLAB is shown above. In 1080p, 2k and 4k games, the simulated RX 7800 XT graphics card outperforms RX 6800 XT by 4% (1080p), 8% (2k) and 12.5% (4k).

It should be noted that the real parameters of RX 7800 XT are not clear, and the simulation test results are for reference only.

According to earlier reports from CTOnews.com, AMD has now launched the flagship RX 7900 series graphics cards based on NAVI 31 GPU and the mainstream RX 7600 graphics cards based on NAVI 33. There is no word yet on when the RX 7800, 7700 series and RX 7600 XT graphics cards will be released.
