The sensor supports on-chip ISP and is manufactured using dual-stack technology, with 65nm BSI in the upper layer and 28nm CMOS in the lower layer.

This ToF sensor has an effective range of 5 meters, a speed measurement of 60fps, and can maintain the low power state of 188mW.
