CTOnews.com June 14 news, according to foreign technology media Windows Central update content, Microsoft is about to upgrade Surface Hub 2S whiteboard, confirmed to support rotation, the new Teams OS system can natively support horizontal and vertical screen mode.

Microsoft announced the release of Surface Hub 2S in 2018 and 2019, when it said it would also introduce Surface Hub 2X whiteboards that support features such as dynamic rotation and four screens side by side.

Microsoft finally postponed Surface Hub 2X and said it would continue to upgrade the existing Surface Hub 2S. CTOnews.com quoted the media as saying in November last year that Microsoft was developing a new "heart"-computing module for Surface Hub 2.

According to people familiar with the matter, Microsoft is planning to launch a new compute cartridge for Surface Hub 2 in 2023, internally codenamed "Upward", which will use upgraded Intel 11th generation CPU and Iris Xe graphics. At present, the Surface Hub 2S computing warehouse is equipped with Intel's eighth generation CPU.
