The case was heard on June 6 this year, and the female car owner countersued Tesla in court, asking her to provide complete driving data before the accident. In December 2021, Ms. Zhang filed a lawsuit with the Beiguan District Court in Anyang City, Henan Province, accusing Tesla of violating her right to reputation and personal privacy, and demanding an apology and compensation for economic losses. The results of the first instance of these two cases have been announced, and all Ms. Zhang's claims in the case have been rejected and need to bear the case acceptance fee of 2600 yuan.
