CTOnews.com, June 13, according to the latest report released by market research firm Counterpoint Research, the net income of fab equipment manufacturers (WFE) increased to $120 billion in 2022 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 858 billion yuan), an increase of 9% year-on-year, setting a new record.

The report points out that customers have increased their investment in Internet of things, artificial intelligence, HPC, automotive and 5G market segments and mature node equipment, with the top five suppliers' systems and services revenue growing to a record $95 billion.

As EUV continues to infiltrate the memory and logic motherboard industries, and foundry also increases 3nm process node capacity through the deployment of gate omnipotent transistors and FinFET architecture, EUV lithography prospects remain strong.
