Reported that the German government had planned to provide Intel with 6.8 billion euros (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 52.156 billion yuan) subsidy. However, Intel said that because of rising energy prices and construction cost overruns, the German government had asked the German government to raise subsidies to 10 billion euros (currently about 76.7 billion yuan), nearly 50 per cent higher than the subsidies agreed in the two agreements.
