Mr. Ives said in a report and on television that he expected the average selling price (ASP) of the iPhone 15 to rise.

Ives has a good accuracy in predicting the price of iPhone. He correctly predicted that Apple would raise the price of iPhone 14 in some countries last year, mainly because of the change in the exchange rate of the US dollar. But in the United States and China, the price of iPhone 14 has not changed.

Ives believes that Apple has a reason to raise prices because the market demand is strong. He estimates that 250 million iPhone have been in use for more than four years, and these users are likely to replace them this year.
