The game is a spiritual sequel to the 2014 game of the same name, and the new trailer outlines the game's battle, background and mirror world, which is the full restart of the game series. The story takes place 1000 years after the original, and the biggest change is the addition of a hidden parallel world that can only be accessed through a mysterious spotlight.

Players play the legendary Dark Expeditionary Force, crossing the parallel world of life and death and embarking on the historical journey of overthrowing evil gods. The game supports character customization, including 9 initial career options, and online mode allows another player to "invade" to fight alongside you.

The game, which is now available for pre-order on PC (Steam, Epic), PS5 and Xbox Series X | S, will go on sale on October 13 at $59.99 for the standard version and $69.99 for the deluxe version.
