Migrate data without resetting

Migrate the watch data to the new watch while retaining data such as the application and dial, and the user can see the relevant settings in the Galaxy Wearable app.

The existing Wear OS system has a long-term problem: when users try to synchronize data to a new watch, they need to reset the wearable device. This restriction was removed in the Wear OS 4 system.
