CTOnews.com quoted Microsoft's official blog post as saying that existing Insider members of Win11 Build 22624 will receive a new enabling package and automatically upgrade to Build 22631 after installation.

Microsoft said that this enablement package is mainly used to upgrade the version number, and enables new features by default to facilitate differentiation from Build 22621 (new features disabled by default).

Users who are currently in Win11 Build 22621 can choose to switch to Build 22631 by installing the enabler pack.

Win11 Build 22631.1835 adds the following new features: Narrator Microsoft has improved the Narrator feature in the new version to make Chinese and Spanish (Spanish and Mexican) more natural when browsing the web, reading content, writing emails and other tasks.

Natural Narrator voice can realize localized reading. After the user downloads the corresponding voice file, it can be used later without networking.

The steps are as follows:

Press WIN + Ctrl + N to open Narrator Settings.

Under Narrator Voice, select Add Natural Voice.

Select the voice you want to add from the available list.

Add the following Natural Narator voice:

The new Chinese voices are Microsoft Xiaoxiao and Microsoft Yunxi.

The new Spanish (Spanish) sounds are Microsoft Alvaro and Microsoft Elvira.

The new Spanish (Mexican) sounds are Microsoft Jorge and Microsoft Dalia.

Improvements: [Settings] In case of poor Wi-Fi connection, try switching to cellular using the new toggle switch in Network & Internet> Cellular Settings>.
