CTOnews.com June 8, Asus PB63 is a small desktop computer measuring 6.9in x 6.9in x 1.7in (CTOnews.com Note: 175.26 mm x 175.26 mm x 43.18mm), equipped with Intel B760 chip and supporting 35W and 65W chips of Intel's 13th generation Core "Raptor Lake" series.

The Asustek PB63 is an iterative version of the Asus PB62 launched two years ago. In addition to processor and motherboard upgrades, the new model also supports faster memory, optionally supports 2.5 GbE Ethernet, and has a newer set of ports.

Asustek has not officially launched the PB63, and the company's product manual reveals the specifications of the upcoming mini-computer.

Asustek PB63 supports DDR5-4800 memory up to 64GB (or DDR5-5600 memory on models with Intel Core i7 or Core i9 processors) in two M.2 2280 slots, each supporting PCIe Gen 4 storage up to 2TB, as well as 2.5in hard drives or 7mm high SSD space.

Unlike some of the company's other mini-computers, the PB63 does not have any Thunderbolt or USB4 ports, and other ports include:

2 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A

3 USB 2.0

2 DisplayPort 1.4

1 Gigabit Ethernet

1 3.5mm microphone input

1 DC DC power input

There is also a configurable port section that can be used to add HDMI, DisplayPort 1.2, COM, VGA, or 2.5GbE Ethernet ports.

Details of the pricing or availability of the Asustek PB62 have not been released.
