CTOnews.com noted that the 2023 BYD Song PLUS EV and DM-i models have been declared by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the new car can be equipped with the word "frigate 05".

The front face and rear of the car have changed greatly, especially the front, the design language of BYD Ocean net has been changed, and the intake grille has become a borderless style of horizontal spokes. The tail is basically the same as the EV version, giving people a more refined, brand-new feeling.

The size of the new car is 4775 mm x 1890 mm x 1670 mm. Compared to 4705 mm x 1890 mm x 1680 mm in cash, the length is increased by 7 cm, but the height is reduced by 1 cm. The wheelbase is the same as the cash, still 2765 mm.

The model is located in the A + class SUV, with 18, 19 and 20 inch tires of three different specifications, equipped with quality 1830kg, top speed 170km / h.

In terms of power, Song PLUS DM-i is equipped with BYD super hybrid system, which still uses 1.5L Snapcloud engine, maximum power 81 kW, and maximum power 145kW front motor to form the DM-i hybrid system, and is equipped with lithium iron phosphate blade battery.
