He said that the transformation of financial digitization is from centralized to distributed, and the new distributed core should achieve high performance, large scale and high availability, including modern core applications, distributed middleware, distributed databases and cloud infrastructure.

In the transformation of financial digitization, transactional distributed database is the core of all systems. Huawei will put its unswerving strategy into the Gaussian database GaussDB.

According to reports, Huawei began to develop its own memory database in 2001, and its product was officially launched in 2011 as the year of GaussDB,2019. In 2021, Huawei has completed independent innovation in the company's internal core system. In 2022, the core of state-owned banks, shareholding system and insurance securities has been put online, and a new generation of distributed database will be launched in 2023.

It is reported that Huawei MetaERP has all switched to self-developed GaussDB.

This time, Huawei officially released its self-developed distributed database GaussDB. Zhang Ping said that GaussDB has the characteristics of high availability, high security, high performance, high elasticity, high intelligence, easy deployment, easy migration and so on. In terms of deployment and migration, the success rate of automatic migration of Oracle objects is 95%, and the workload of code transformation is reduced by 90%.

At the press conference, Huawei Yun also announced the launch of a distributed database GaussDB financial industry ecological development plan to help ecological partners build products, develop and migrate, promote marketing, learn and enhance capabilities, and jointly prosper Gauss database ecology. The first batch of ecological partners include CLP Jinxin, China Digital, China soft International, Hang Seng Electronics and so on.
