The Bergamo processor can accommodate up to 128 Zen 4c cores, with an L3 cache capacity of 256MB.

Bergamo processor positioning is a branch of the Core Zen 4 architecture, mainly designed for multi-core scenarios, and is expected to be unveiled at the premiere of data center and artificial intelligence technology held on June 13.

Reliable source @momomo_us shared more information about the Bergamo processor, showing that there will be 2 versions, the flagship model is AMD EPYC 9754 with 128 cores and 256 threads, the base clock frequency is 2.25GHz, the accelerated clock frequency is 3.10GHz, the L3 cache is 256MB, and the TDP is 360W.

Another user @SprayOnCopper posted a screenshot showing AMD Epyc 9754 with 128 cores detected in Windows Task Manager. It represents a fundamental clock frequency of 2.25 GHz. CTOnews.com Note: Here L3 cache shows 512 MB due to dual processor system.

Another model is AMD EPYC 9734, which has 112 cores and 224 threads, L3 cache is also 256MB, base clock frequency is 2.2 GHz, accelerated clock frequency is 3.0 GHz, and TDP is lower than 340W.
