Apple recommends using this power adapter with a 13-inch or 15-inch MacBook Air with a M2 chip, a 13-inch MacBook Pro (2016 and later models), or a 14-inch MacBook Pro.

Using this power adapter to charge the MacBook Air model with M2 chip can take full advantage of fast charging, which can be recharged from 0% to 50% in only about 30 minutes.

Apple was tested in April and May 2023 using a pilot 15-inch MacBook Air system with an Apple M2 chip (integrated 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU), 8GB RAM and 256GB solid-state drives, with the Apple 70W USB-C power adapter (model A2743) and the USB-C-to-MagSafe 3 cable (model A2363). The fast charging test uses all kinds of MacBook Air models with complete discharge. Charging time may vary depending on settings and environmental factors; actual results may vary.

Charging lines need to be purchased separately.
