Altman said that apart from the released ChatGPT, OpenAI will not launch any products that compete with developers.

Altman visited London in May and had private conversations with a small group of developers and entrepreneurs. Altman pointed out that there are three major limitations brought about by GPU, the first is the limitation of text length, and the second is that fine-tuning programs are also limited by computing power.
