Revengus shared the latest information on Twitter. Tianji 8300 chip will adopt 1+3+4 architecture, with Cortex X3 core at 2.8GHz frequency, three Cortex A715 cores at 2.4GHz frequency and four Cortex A510 cores at 1.6GHz frequency, and support ARM Mali G520 MC6 GPU at 850MHz frequency.

MediaTek Tianji 8300 is expected to launch later this year. CTOnews.com previously reported that the flagship chip Tianji 9300 is expected to debut in October 2023, which is expected to be released earlier than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.
