According to reports, the platform gathers multiple computing power resources, such as general computing power, intelligent computing power, high-performance computing power, edge computing power, and so on, and designs a heterogeneous resource pool scheduling engine to meet the different needs of different customers, such as general computing, intelligent computing, and supercomputing. To realize the dynamic perception of computing power and intelligent job distribution scheduling of heterogeneous resource pools of different manufacturers.

Especially in the AI training job scheduling process, jobs can be trained and inferred on the smart resource pool and deployed in the general computing resource pool, thus realizing heterogeneous computing resource scheduling across resource pools / architectures / vendors. At present, it has been connected to Tianyi Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Aliyun and so on.

Wang Zhiqin, vice president of China Institute of Information and Communications, and Wang Guirong, deputy director of the Science and Technology Commission of China Telecom and general manager of the Science and Technology Innovation Department of China Telecom, said that the dispatching platform of the national integrated computing network aims to land the country's strategy of calculating east and west, and to solve the problem of controllable and controllable computing power through "three-span-four interconnection".

The content of "trinity" of integrated network situation, comprehensive computing power and computing power scheduling lays a foundation for promoting the development of computing network scheduling in our country.

Officials mentioned that the realization of efficient complementarity and coordination between eastern and western computing power is inseparable from arithmetic dispatching. " The release of the National Integrated Computing Network scheduling platform (version 1.0) is not only conducive to the implementation of the requirements of the national project "calculation of the East and the West", but also promote the extension of the industrial chain of the digital economy in the east to the west. at the same time, it will promote the accurate allocation and on-demand acquisition of computing resources, effectively reduce the consumption of energy, promote the coordinated development of regions and achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization in the information and communications industry.

Statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology show that by the end of last year, the total scale of computing power in China has reached 180 billion floating-point operations per second, and the total scale of storage power has exceeded that of 1000EB (CTOnews.com Note: 1 trillion GB). The one-way network delay between the national hub nodes has been reduced to less than 20 milliseconds, and the scale of the computing core industry has reached 1.8 trillion yuan. The China Academy of Information and Communications estimates that for every 1 yuan invested in computing power, it will drive 3 to 4 yuan of GDP economic growth.

The development of China's numeral infrastructure has achieved remarkable results in recent years, the echelon optimization of the numeral power supply system has been initially built, and the comprehensive capacity of the numeric infrastructure has been significantly improved.
