CTOnews.com previously reported that the concept car has two front and rear motors, with a maximum power of 325 kilowatts and a maximum torque of 720 N·m; a five-link chassis with an adaptive air suspension system; a 100 kWh battery pack with a battery life of more than 600 kilometers and 800V (270 kilowatts) fast charging, which can recharge more than 300 kilometers in ten minutes.

Marc Lichte, Audi's head of design, said in an interview that the Activescope is the last concept car in the series and will focus on mass production of new cars. He also said Audi would launch more than 20 new models by 2026, including not only new models but also derivatives of existing core models.

CTOnews.com has learned that the concept car is 4.98 meters long, 2.07 meters wide and 1.60 meters high, which will be part of Audi's high-end model range. It has a closed front grille, glass front and even clear glass side bottoms, 22-inch wheels, 285/55 tires and amazing ground clearance.

The wheel rim part has a variable design: when off-road mode is enabled, the part is turned on for optimum ventilation; when on-road mode, the part is turned off for optimum aerodynamic settings.

Like its sister Audi Grandsphere concept, the activespace has doors that open in opposite directions on the A-pillar and C-pillar (there is also no B-pillar).

Like the Audi Grandsphere and Audi Urbansphere concepts, the Activessphere concept will be mass-produced based on PPE modular systems jointly developed by Audi and Porsche, officials said. The first PPE-based Audi production cars will be launched by the end of 2023.
