Shulou(Shulou.com)11/24 Report--

CTOnews.com, June 3-Mark Mark Gurman of Bloomberg confirmed in his latest tweet that Apple will launch a new Mac Studio codenamed "J475" at the WWDC 2023 developer conference.

Gurman tweeted that the current Mac Studio code name is "J375", which shows that the new machine is indeed the next generation Mac Studio model.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Gurman tweeted earlier this month that Apple was testing two new Mac desktops with M2 Max and M2 Ultra chips.

The M2 Max chip has been used on high-end MacBook Pro laptops released earlier this year. The M2 Max chip has a 12-core CPU and a 30-core GPU, supporting the highest 96GB memory.

The M2 UltraM2 Ultra chip will double its performance on the basis of M2 Max, with 24-core CPU and 60-core GPU, and supports the highest 192GB memory. In addition, there is a higher-end M2 Ultra chip with a 76-core GPU.

The M2 Ultra chip was originally designed for the Apple Silicon Mac Pro, but Apple decided to use the chip on the Mac Studio because of the unclear design progress of the model.

The Mac Studio is a high-performance desktop computer for professional users that can handle high-intensity tasks such as video editing and 3D rendering, and Apple hopes to replace the Mac Pro.
