CTOnews.com Apple added 28 AI-focused positions in May, involving senior engineers, research scientists, special project managers and more. According to Bloomberg Mark Gulman's latest tweet, Apple is recruiting new software engineers on its website, requiring achievements in both generative AI and mixed reality.

CTOnews.com translated Gulman's tweet as follows: "Apple is recruiting new software engineers, asking for people familiar with 'conversational and generative AI' development, and hinting that it will use the power of generative AI to accelerate the creation of AR / VR applications for headsets."

Apple was previously hiring 87 jobs with "artificial intelligence" in their titles, more than a third of which were new this month, 48 of which (more than a half) were new in March 2023.

Apple is also testing new natural language generation features for Siri, and the latest job listings include similar jobs.
