It is reported that Apple plans to open 15 new stores in the Asia-Pacific region, including three in India, one in Malaysia, two in South Korea and one in Jing'an Temple Square in Shanghai.

According to CTOnews.com, it was reported as early as 2021 that Apple would open an Apple Store in Shanghai's Jing'an Temple Square, which is Apple's second "global flagship store". There are Jiuguang Department Store, Paramount, Transoceanic International and Huifeng International, which can be described as a prime location for people to come and go.

According to the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban and Rural Construction Management Commission, the construction license for the decoration and renovation project of Apple's stores in Jing'an District, Shanghai submitted by Apple Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has been approved, with a contract duration of 364 calendar days and a construction scale of 3835.24 square meters.

In addition, there are plans to open five new stores in Europe and the Middle East, four in the United States and Canada, and new retail stores in Miami, Detroit and Torrance, California.

Apple also plans to renovate or relocate 28 other retail stores in Asia, Europe and North America by 2027.

Apple plans to significantly renovate its Shinzaiqiao store in Osaka, Japan; upgrade Paris Opera House stores in the European market; and in the US market, relocate stores in New Jersey, Alabama, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Ohio, Georgia and Missouri.
