CTOnews.com news on June 1, according to foreign science and technology media borncity reports, according to the feedback of some netizens, found that in the Windows system, due to Office, Microsoft Word and OneDrive applications, there are Aria-debug-xxx.log files with up to several GB capacity in the temporary folder TEMP.

Netizen David reported in March this year that several Aria-debug-xxx.log (randomly generated by xxx) files were found under the temporary folder, and each log file had a number of GB.

After discovering and cleaning up the log files, David found that the Microsoft Word app read the SSD files at 100 MB/s and then generated a new log file.

The media conducted an investigation and found that the problem dates back to 2017 and identified two culprits: OneDrive and Windows's built-in disk cleanup utility.
