CTOnews.com May 31 news, Microsoft recently pushed the May firmware update to Surface Duo and Surface Duo 2, but at least a dozen users reported installing the update, resulting in problems such as device bricks and random restarts.

CTOnews.com inquired about the feedback of netizens in foreign forums and Reddit community. After users installed the May update, the equipment changed into bricks.

Some Surface Duo users restart their devices after installing the update. If the device cannot be restarted, it is recommended to restore the factory settings. Some users' feedback will enter normally when they restart again, but some users' feedback is still unable to enter, causing the device to fail to boot.

In addition, Surface Duo 2 was randomly restarted after user feedback from the Reddit community.
